Thick slices fresh Royale Highlands Trout - 80g per portion - Sliced fresh Avocado - SOYA MISO DIPPING SAUCE 250 ml mirin - 20ml sesame oil 120ml soya sauce - 60ml lemon juice - 10g white sesame seeds - toasted 10g black sesame seeds - toasted 20g miso paste - 5g wasabi powder
Blend all ingredients and serve as a dipping sauce for the trout sashimi
